Request a change or cancellation
Contact us with your order reference. We will confirm receipt and provide a written calculation of applicable charges and any refund before processing it. An unpaid, unconfirmed request may be cancelled from your account.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the provider and bank. Any travel-service changes or supplier cancellations are reviewed against the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.
